Job Description
A well established commodity information and trading firm.
Perform general office admin work and customer service support
 
Responsibilities
Attend to calls and messages for respective departments
Book of meeting rooms and set up telephone/video conferencing
Procurement/printing of namecards, brochures, office stationery
and equipments
Arrangement of courier and postal service
Preparation and mailing of event welcome material/kit/contracts and followup
Arrangement of buffet for events/seminars
 
Requirement
Min. GCE O level or equivalent
Ability to complete 6 months and beyond
Work experience in admin/customer/sales service 
No age restriction
 
Working condition
9am to 6pm (5 days/week )
6 months renewable contract 
Salary upto S$2,000/month
