Job Description

Admin Assistant
• Handle sales enquiries and emails
• Documenting and filing of Company’s transactions
• Maintaining Company’s inventory list
• Preparing and calling of quotations
• Assist in logistics and counter duties at sales and marketing activities / events
• Any other admin related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Prerequisites / Working Experience
• Ability in spoken and written English (any additional languages will be an added advantage)
• Organised, meticulous and with good interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate through emails, SMSes, What’s Apps and surf the internet
• Preferably one-year experience in a similar capacity/role
• Preferably have temp at sales and marketing events

Qualification: Minimum Certificate in Office Administration or its equivalent
Candidate with no minimum qualification will be considered on a
case-by-case basis.

Basic Salary: Negotiable depending on work experience
