- Provide general administrative support
- Organise and maintain file records, distribute mail, prepare reports, letters and memorandums
- Perform daily dispatch internally and/or externally as may be required.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment such as fax machines, photocopiers and printers.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Minimum N’level OR O’level
- Location: East
