Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Act as a document coordinator for Quality Management System and be responsible for maintain effective filing system
  • Perform administrative duties, data entry and documentation in relation to quality system
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is processed within the required time period and accordance with procedures 
  • Undertake ad-hoc admin assignments delegated from time to time 

Requirement:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Words & Excel) 
  • Min’ N level or equivalent 
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience 
  • Experience in ISO documentation is an added advantage 

Other information:

  • Salary: $1,400 to $1,600
  • Location: Kaki Bukit
  • Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
