Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support for the team
  • Handle phone calls and direct to respective personnel
  • Handle for incoming and outgoing mails and couriers
  • Taking memos when necessary
  • Handle meeting room bookings
  • Responsible for pantry and stationary supplies

Requirements:

  • No experience required.
  • Candidate must be willing to learn.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with China suppliers.
  • Permanent full time position.
  • Singaporeans only.
  • Salary: $1500-$1700
