Job Description
    • Follow-up on customers’ orders closely and monitor shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite shipments as needed
    • Support operations regarding forwarders, shipping process, customs duty, form E
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service by conversing well with customers/ freight forwarders/factory via email, chat or phone
