Job Description

Job Scope:

  • General administrative 
  • Customer service duties
  • Handling of walk-in clients’ enquiries
  • Follow up on complaints
  • Issues surfaced by clients 
  • Assist Property Officer and Property Manager on their documentation
  • Taking minutes for meeting and report writing 


  • Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience 
  • Knowledge of MS Office 
  • Must be responsible & committed to work 

Other information:

  • Salary : UP TO $1,600
  • Working hours : 5.25days (alt. saturday off) 
  • Working location : West/East
