Job Description

Job scope:

  • Create PO/e-payment
  • Follow up with vendors on invoice discrepancies
  • Match invoices unit price with contract price
  • Filing of contracts, update contract info in SAP

Requirements:

  • Meticulous with details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with administrative duties
  • Singaporeans only

Other Information:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant (Procurement Department)
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary: $7-$10 / hr (Depending on qualifications)
