Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct checks on the delivered goods to ensure that the goods are in good conditions and the amount tally with the Delivery Order (DO).
  • Generate Goods Received Note (GRN) after collecting the DO, invoices and other relevant documents.
  • Perform data entry on the relevant information required to generate GRN.
  • Handle telephone enquiries from sales personnel and suppliers
  • Perform purchase of local goods and follow up on the process of purchasing

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/\”O\” Level, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Yishun.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • 10 Temporary position(s) available.
