- Conduct checks on the delivered goods to ensure that the goods are in good conditions and the amount tally with the Delivery Order (DO).
- Generate Goods Received Note (GRN) after collecting the DO, invoices and other relevant documents.
- Perform data entry on the relevant information required to generate GRN.
- Handle telephone enquiries from sales personnel and suppliers
- Perform purchase of local goods and follow up on the process of purchasing
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/\”O\” Level, any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Yishun.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
