Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • General Technical Trouble-shooting on I.T , Home Appliances, Audio Visual products
  • Escalation of technical questions to 3rd Level Support
  • Perform escalation to VOC Supervisor on customer’s service/product related feedback. (Escalation of complaint cases)
  • Work closely with the respective product specialists to resolve customer product usage issues


  • N Level/ O Level/ Nitec /Higher Nitec /Diploma or equivalent qualification 
  • With relevant Helpdesk/ Contact Centre/ Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Able to work in the West area (Commonwealth; Walkable distance from MRT)
