Job Description

As a Part-timer, you will be on flexible working arrangements and will be part of a team handling inbound calls not limited to the following:

-Responding to customer inquiries and requests
-Handle incoming enquiries
-Manage customers’ feedback
-Maintain good service delivery
-Ensure proper call documentation
-Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Desired skills sets:
-N Level’s / A Level’s / Diploma in any discipline
-Excellent telephone etiquette with passion in customer service
-Good communication skills
-Training provided
-Working location: Chai Chee
-Flexible working hours & working days
