Job Description

This position is responsible for handling customer enquiries coming in through calls/messages and coordinates with the warehouse for operations.

Job Scope:
- Handle in-coming calls on enquiries relating to pre-order, order and delivery status
- Coordinates with WH to facilitate smooth delivery
- Respond to enquiries using phone and messages as main platform of contacts
- Conduct outbound/ follow up calls with customers where necessary
- Ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Record all call information according to Standard Operation procedures in the designed CRM

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and service oriented
- IT Savvy and interested in eCommerce
- Interested to work in a start-up environment

Salary: 1.7k and above, negotiable.
Working hours: 1pm – 11pm
