Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Process high volume orders via mass upload and/or manual key-in in SAP 
  • Ensure timely picking/packing/labelling and delivery of orders 
  • Update the PO tracking file 
  • Manage Returns from SG local Market and also issue Credit notes 
  • Work closely with fellow CS to issue mass invoices for SG local market and all Asia subsidiaries for shipments from SG (including Fedex shipments) 
  • In charge of invoicing for Direct shipments from external suppliers and factories to markets 
  • Process Product allowance and staff purchase

Requirements 

  • 1 to 2 years customer service experience, preferably in the customer goods industry 
  • A team player 
  • Meticulous and systematic 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good written English and oral communication skills 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) 
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
