Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE [S$2,300 - S$2,600]

Responsibilities:
1. Provide pre-sales support/after sales service to customers and business
2. Nurture and maintain good working relationships with business partners
3. Maintain service records and provide monthly sales and shipment records
4. Carry out customer request for delivery, ETA, RMA and records
5. Ensure timely order submission and logistical support to meet customer requirements
6. Follow up on customers request and enquiries
7. Liase and follow up with customers on shipment schedules
8. Responsible for RMA process, i.e. issue service request, RMA and handle booking

Requirements:
1. Minimum ‘O’ Level & above
2. Preferable at least 3 year working experience in Electronics Industry
3. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Bilingual in Chinese and English, as work required to deal with
Chinese speaking customers
8.30am to 5.30pm, 5 days/week, 3 months probation, 10 days annual leaves
