Job Description

 

Duties:Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem
Following up to ensure resolution
Coordinate between various departments ensure problem solved
Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work)
Other ad-hoc duties

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
At least 2 years of working experience is required
