Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR support
• Employee benefits administration, including leave and identifying insurance benefits eligibility. Communicate benefits eligibility to employees, and track benefits eligibility to resolve queries or disputes on benefits
• In charge of training administration including distributing of training information, arranging of venue and resources and process training documentation and records.
• Support activities to address compliance to employment laws, including monitoring and evaluate effectiveness of compliance activities
• Support company events, including participating in in event planning and set up, conducting promotional activities and follow up with post event activities
• Handle MOM work pass matters, including Application, issuance, renewal, cancellation of work pass, and arranging for MOM appointment
• HR administration duties, including:
• Creating p-file and ensure all documents received according to the Induction list
• Updating the employee information list
• Process employee on-boarding
• Monitor and process Employee Confirmation
• Checking of overtime claims
• Administer performance appraisal
• Administration of time management system including enrolling & Removing employees from Time Management System, extract and check employee attendance reports (clock in vs leave application)

Requirement:

• Diploma / NITEC certificate in Human Resource Management or Business Studies or WSQ Diploma in Human Resources (HR Management)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resource
• Understand organisational policies, processes, products and services
• Well versed with local employment law and legislation
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Collect, analyse and organise information to complete simple tasks 
• Solve problems to find solutions or recommend actions 
• Have computing skills needed to use spreadsheet, presentation and text processing software for analysis work and communication requirements
• Communicate ideas and information to ensure understanding of compliance requirements
