Job Description

Job scope:

  • First level helpdesk remote support
  • Provide basic remote phone troubleshooting process
  • Incident ticket creation & management
  • Incident/case dispatch
  • Suppliers coordination

Requirements:

  • Posses NITEC/Diploma in related fields with 1-2 years experience in similiar IT Helpdesk scope
  • Hardworking with positive work attitude and a passion to excel in IT industry
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills is preferred
  • Able to communicate in both english and mandarin (Required to handle call from Chinese speaking users)
  • Able to work under minimal supervision

Position: IT Helpdesk Support
Salary: Up to $2300 
Working hours: 5 days/ 08:30am – 05:30pm 
Location: Dhoby Ghaut 
Duration: Perm
