We are a boutique, specialist recruitment company covering the high end of the investment banking market across Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. We have 10 years of covering the Asia markets and set up our Singapore office in 2009. We are well known among our clients for offering a specialised, consultative service, working one to one with senior line managers to understand and promote their business.

The Role:

We are a small, friendly recruitment (headhunting) company in need of an office manager to be in charge of all administration duties.

This is a part time role and the incumbent can work 4 – 6 hours in the mornings or afternoons as per your preferred schedule.

Responsibilities/ duties:             

  • Be in charge of all administration of our small 5 person company.
  • Compile payroll and expenses
  • Compile and make CPF payments
  • Format documents for sales team using Microsoft Word
  • Data input into our database
  • Handle company Facebook, Twitter and Linked In accounts.
  • Other ad hoc administration duties

 Requirements/ qualifications:

  • A friendly and cheerful, fun outlook
  • Team player
  • Happy to work part time (either mornings or afternoons are OK whichever suits best)
  • Experience working in an administration function before
  • Strong ability with MS Excel, MS Word and general computer ability.
  • Knowledge of social networking sites is an advantage.
  • Must be Singapore national or PR

 Salary is $8 – $10 per hour and will be reviewed after 6 months.
