a) Actively manage a specific zone by being alert and proactive to new issues, customer service requirements, initiatives and development areas.
b) Develop and maintain professional networks in the zone to keep abreast of new business opportunities available, car parking approaches and legislation.
c) Be responsible for Car Park Management Services and System Integration Services in a specific zone; work with the Operations and Technical Managers to plan and deliver efficient and effective Car Park Management Services and System Integration Services in the zone.
d) Support the Company’s Business Plan by setting and delivering efficient and effective processes and systems; monitoring and reporting the performance of all car parks in the zone with respect to their parking usage, enforcement and customer services; and proactively addressing all performance gaps.
e) Manage, lead, mentor, guide, monitor and motivate car park staff in the zone so as to develop an effective and proactive team that delivers service quality at all times in the zone.
Candidates must possess the following requisitions:
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of operations experience in management capacity.
- Knowledge of costing & budgeting preferred.
- Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem-solving & analytical skills.
