Job Description

Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative duties such as filing, documentation and office management
- Data entry of receipts, payment and journal entries
- Update and process payments
- Record and reconcile of documents
- Other admin duties

Requirements:
- Responsible, proactive and positive attitude
- At least a Higher Secondary / Pre-U / A Level
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field
- Preferably with experience in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Proficient with Ms Excel and accounting software
- English & Chinese speaking
- Able To Start Work Immediately
- Singaporeans & SPR only

Working hours: at least 4 hours per day (4 days per week, Mon – Fri)
