Job Description

Full-time/ Part-time Admin & Accounts Assistant (Flexi Office Hours & Long Term)

Working Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm or 1.30pm to 6.30pm, Mondays to Fridays

Location: Kallang Pudding Road (Macpherson Area)

Salary: $1600 & Above or $7/hour (increment after probation)

Responsibilities:

•             Handle incoming phone calls

•             Preparation of invoice and delivery orders

•             Filing of documents

•             Data Entry into Accounting System and issuing of cheques

•             Recording of payments in and out

•             Assist Director in Payroll duties and GST declaration

•             Assist Director in marketing activities

•             Ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

•             ‘N’ level and above

•             Training will be provided

•             Able to work at Kallang Pudding Area (Macpherson Road)

•             Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook

•             Knowledge in MYOB Accounting software will be an added advantage

•             Pro-active, Self-discipline and independent

•             Retirees, Housewives and Part-time students who are able to work in afternoons are welcome to apply
