Job Description
  • After Sales Policy Servicing & Administrative support
  • Prepare and send Annual Review package for Life Insurance Policy
  • Prepare  and send Quarterly Statements
  • Prepare/review policy change request documents for submission to Insurer
  • Handle  email enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Communicate  with insurers, consultants and service providers to ensure smooth process
  • Provide ad hoc operation support as necessary
How to Apply
  • Minimum: recognized degree / diploma
  • At  least 2-3 years working experience in the insurance industry or with      administrative work experience in other industry
  • Experience in policy servicing / insurance admin would be an advantage
  • Mature,  willing to learn work in a fast pace working environment
  • Detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive thinking, proactive service attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese typing (Traditional and Simplified)
  • Positive attitude, able to multi-task and resourceful
  • Able to Start Work Immediately / In Short Notice is a PLUS
