Job Description

Description :

• Leave updates through Microsoft excel
• Apply/handle travel insurance issues
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Courier services
• Sorting out of letters
• Help to give out application form to candidates
• Order hamper for suppliers & etc
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Able to work OT if required
• Min: N level and min.6 months of recep exp

Other details :
• Location: Outram
• 5 days’ work week (Mondays to Fridays)
• 8.45am to 6.00pm
• Singaporeans only
