Job Description:
- Reporting and provide administrative support to Office Manager
- Provide backend support to Project team
- Perform efficient data entry
- Answering phone calls
- Updating of project report
- Conduct in-house training
- Scanning, sorting, photocopy and filling documents
- Assist with expense claims
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and outlook
- Able to work independently
- Good spoken and written in English
- Experience not required as training will be provided
- Min. qualification: O’ Level or higher
- Age: 18 and above
- Able to start by 18th April 2018
