Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Take charge of overall all administrative matters in regard to Sales Dept
  • To support GM, Brand GM and Area Managers by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the Sales department and staff 
  • Comply to Brand’s policies, procedures and instructions given by Brand
  • Contribute to improving business and enhancing the reputation of Brand
  • Assist and process calculation of payroll, commissions, overtime claims, expense claims and matters in related to monies
  • Ensure all document (payroll) submitted by Area Managers are accurate and complete before compilation and processing for final submission for approval
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Sales department by producing relevant letters, mmemos, filing and general administrative document whenever necessary
  • Data Entry of customer profile/sales performance whenever necessary
  • Arrangement of interviews, assist and preparation of full spectrum of recruitment documentation
  • Assist in any other adhoc tasks as assigned by Marketing and Training department

Job Requirement:

  • O Level and above with 1-2 years at least in Administrative role
  • Good analytical skills, problem solver, self starter and independent
  • Excellent communicator and team player, fluent in English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Preferably with Beauty industry background
  • Well organized, meticulous with good administrative, communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: Up to $2000 + Benefits
Working hours: 5 days/office hours
