Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Provide day to day helpdesk support to customers (over phone)
  • First level technical troubleshooting
  • Resolve reported issues


  • Basic IT knowledge advantageous and must be comfortable with speaking with customers
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to commence work within short notice

Other Information:

  • Location: EAST
  • 5 days per week including weekends
  • $1600 to $2200/month
  • Can work and earn lots of overtime
