Job Description

TEMP CLINIC ADMIN ASSISTANT @ ChinaTown

Location: ChinaTown

Duration: ASAP for 1 month

Salary: $7-$8 per hour

Working hours: 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday); 8.30am-12.30pm (Saturday)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform registration for patients
  • Data entry of patients’ information
  • Dispense labels for medicine
  • Handle phone calls when required
  • Attend to patients’ enquries
  • General administrative duties

 

Requirements:

  • At least 16 years old
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (majority of patients speaks Mandarin)
  • Able to commit for one month
  • Singaporeans only
