Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Has shift responsibilities and is accountable to all superiors for the smooth running of the section/area designated
• Adhere to the operations and procedures and suggest improvements to the superiors
• Maintain on a constant basis the highest possible service and conduct in a first-class manner
• Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served
• To take orders, merchandise and serve
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
• Attend all training assigned by Training Department, Human Resource or the Manager
• To attend all pre-service meeting/roll call
• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times

Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
• Primary Education / Secondary Education / Certificate in F&B
• No experience required but must be willing to learn and have a good attitude

Personal Attributes:
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic spoken and written English would be an advantage 
• Good command of Mandarin (to liaise with associates)
• Presentable and well groomed
• People-oriented
• Independent and a team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Passionate about driving sales
• Maintain great smile and facial expression
• Initiative to perform job duties and assignment

Other Information:
• 5.5-days work week (on 10 hours rotating shift)
• Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract and Temporary position(s) available.
• Salary Range
o Full Time : $1,500 to $1,900
o Part Time : $8 to $9/hour
