Job Description

Our client is a fast expanding automobile business that offers a comprehensive range of services from sales, after-sales, fleet management, leasing and financial services.Details:
– 5.5 Days, 830am- 530pm and the Alternate half Saturday
– Company Transport provided

Responsibility:
– Maintain professional image and manners as a front line employee
– Preparation of quotation, debit note or credit note to customers
– Finalise invoice by verifying the costing and discounts
– Ensure all item listed in invoices are authorised before sending to customers
– Verifying contractors invoices by checking the services and repair pricing as approved by management
– Providing simple technical advice to the customer
– Raise job orders to workshops and contractors
– Following up with workshop & contractors on job orders and feedback to the customer
– Update customers with job order status and vehicle collection date
– Perform basic investigation into customer complains and rectify the problems
– Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Required:
– Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts (Verbal & Written)
– Proficient in basic MS Office
