Job Description

Job Description:
• Work location: Central
• Attend to inbound survey related enquiries (hotline) from the members of the public
• Verification of ambiguous survey returns
• Conduct survey on key labour market with households over the phone (outbound calls)
• Perform data entry such as keying in survey returns, amending data, etc.

Salary/Working Hours:
• $1600/month
• Office Hours
Mon – Thurs: 8.30am – 6pm
Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm


• $1800/month
• 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday
Morning Shift: 9.30am – 6.30pm
Afternoon Shift: 12.30pm – 9.30pm
10.00am – 6.00pm

Job requirements:
• Minimum 3 months commitment
• Only Singaporeans
• Minimum 3 GCE ‘O’ Level passes
