Job Description

Job Scope:
· Reply to an average of 50-70 email sent in by general customers or corporate clients within 24hrs (response time) with regards to the IT problems they facing
· Identify critical emails and forward them to “Complaint Management Team”
· Work with personnel at Service Centre and Technical Advisors to seek the right solution for the customer’s queries or the problems encountered

· Diploma or equivalent qualification
· Possess good English language writing and grammar skills
· Must be willing to acquire technical knowledge of Consumer Electronics and Mobile products in order to provide accurate solutions and perform basic troubleshooting
· Able to start work ASAP

Other Info:
· 2-year Contract Position
· Training will be provided
· Required to work shift patterns (Tentative Shift 8:00pm to next day 8:00am) è 12-hour Shift (4 days of work and rest 3 days)
