Job Description

We are passionate about serving our patrons with excellent service, good food and great movies which you will help to deliver.

You will attend to patrons’ requests and enquiries, and perform all related customer service functions to provide excellent support to customers. In addition, you will be responsible for security of cash, tickets and equipment in the Cineplex, as well as perform duties in box office, concession and ushering. You will also operate the automated ticketing system and assist in cinema telephone information services.

To be successful in this role, you should possess minimum GCE ’N’ level / WPLN 3 / IT / SHATEC certification. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays.

Students interested in continuing employment while schooling are welcome to apply for Part-Time position. You should be able to commit at least 4 hours a day and minimum 4 times a week including weekends and public holidays.
