Job Description


Responsibilities :
– Perform event set-ups throughout the office premises. 
– Assist in certain IT technical support.
– To carry out regular inspection of office and conference rooms, office furniture, equipment (copier, fax, etc.) stations, pantries and grocery inventories.
– Liaise with vendors regarding the office equipment.
– Liaise with the landlord for any building matters.
– To perform some clerical work and assist your immediate manager on any other matters.

Requirements :
– Min. O Levels with at least 1 year of working experience
– Possess basic computer application skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
– Experience in office event planning will be an advantage
– Interview is required for this role

Other Details:
-Location : Buona Vista
-Working hours : 9am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
