Responsibilities:

  • First level helpdesk remote support
  • Provide basic remote phone troubleshooting process
  • Incident ticket creation & management
  • Incident/case dispatch
  • Suppliers coordination

Requirement:

  • At least N or O Level in IT
  • Call centre experience is an added advantage
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skill
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environment
