Job Description

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum ‘O Levels and above.
• Preferably with 2 years working experience in Marine industry or other industries with related purchasing experience.
• Able to work independently and/or as a team and has good procurement and computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and tight deadlines.
• Possess high initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent Team Player who is meticulous and efficient

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITY:
(What needs to be achieved)

• Handle daily purchasing operation.
• Manage and support day-to-day Sales / Purchasing related administrative works
• Sourcing for marine/oilfield products.
• Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery requirements.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
• Prepare Purchase and Delivery Orders.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
