Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to respective parties
– Handle incoming and outgoing mails
– Attend to walk-in visitors and guests
– Procurement of office stationeries and pantry supplies
– Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area

Job Requirements:

– GCE ‘O’ levels and above
– At least 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in an MNC environment
– Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Pleasant disposition with positive working attitude
