Job Description:
– Reporting and provide administrative support to Office Manager
– Provide backend support to Project team
– Perform efficient data entry
– Answering phone calls
– Updating of project report
– Conduct in-house training
– Scanning, sorting, photocopy and filling documents
– Assist with expense claims
– Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

– Positive attitude
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel and outlook
– Able to work independently
– Good spoken and written in English
– Experience not required as training will be provided
– Min. qualification: O’ Level or higher
– Age: 18 and above
– Able to start by 18th April 2018
