Our Team Members, Shift Leaders and Managers make it HAPPEN! Key responsibilities include greeting Guests, ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking guests. You’ll also prepare orders, promote products, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience.
Responsible for product and Guest service standards.
Foster an environment of team work.
Assist in the team management of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Assist Team Members at the point of sale (POS) in the execution of product and promotions.
Ensures Guest service in all areas and meets applicable standards for quality and cleanliness.
Communicating with guests, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements
Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations.
Constantly operates a blender and POS cashier system.
Regularly move boxes/goods, weighing up to 55 lbs., around the store.
Constantly positions self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
